Matar                                                                250gm
Potato                                                              2 medium
Jeera                                                                1/2tsp
Onion                                                              1 medium finely chopped
Ginger Garlic paste                                      1 tsp
Tomato                                                           1 medium
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder                                         ½ tsp
Red chilly powder                                        ½ tsp
Coriander powder                                       1 tsp
Garam masala                                              1/2 tsp
Celery or Coriander leaves to garnish

Put a kadhai on gas add 3 tsp oil to it. Let it get hot then add jeera and let it crackle. Now add onion and sauté it on low flame till they change colour.

Add ginger garlic paste an saute for 10 sec and add tomato. Add salt turmeric powder, chilly powder, Coriander powder and Garam masala. When the onion n tomato mixture leaves oil it means it’s time to add peas and potato. Mix them well.

close the lid and let it cook for few minutes. Stir occasionally and if the potato is sticking to the khadai you may add little water mix and close lid, let it cook. When done serve it in a serving dish and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves or celery.
