Servings 2-3 person.

Marination Ingrediants

boiler chicken 1/2 kg.
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
Hung Curd 3 – 4 spoon.

Note : You can make Hung Curd at home.Take curd and put it in a muslin cloth and tir that cloth tightly and hand it over a bowl so that the water that separates from curd get collected in the bowl.

Cooking Ingrediants

Oil 3sp.
Jeera 1tsp.
Bay leaf 1 no.
elaichi 1 no.
Cloves 2 – 3 no.
Finely chopped onion 2 big.
Finely chopped tomatoes 2 big.
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp.
Chopped Green chilly 3 – 4 no.
Salt tp taste
coriander powder 1tsp.
Turmeric powder 1tsp.
Red Chilly powder 1/2 tsp (optional).
Chicken masala 1 1/2 tsp.
Coriander leaves to garnish.

Lets begin

Marinate first

Wash the chicken throughly and remove all the fat from it.
Take 3 tsp hung curd in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder to it. Mix well then add chicken to this marination masala. Coat each piece of chicken with it and the keep it in refrigerator for about 1 -2 hour.

Cooking Steps.

Take a deep pan and switch on the flame. Add oil to the pan let it heat then add bay leaf after 10 sec add jeera elaichi and cloves.add onion and fry till it becomes transparent. when done add tomatoes and cook for about 30 sec then with the help of spatula mash the tomatoes and add ginger garlic paste.Add all dry spices and cook for another 30 sec then add the marinated chicken. Give it a good stir and the cover and cook for half hour occationally stiring it.the chiccken will relise some water while cooking. when the water dries/ evaporates then you may serve it as it is and if you want more gravy gravy and add a glass of water, you may need to add some salt if you add water and cook for about 5 min.

Garnish with chooped coriander leaves with some butter on top.
