Jelly Fruit Custard is another very temping dessert and is liked by kids as well as adults.
Its a simple recipe and easy to make but delicious. It just melts in your mouth.


Custard powder 4tsp
Milk 1/2 ltr
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Mango 1/2 cup
Instant Jelly mix 1 packet
Pistachos 1 spoon chopped
Almonds 1 sp chopped


For Jelly:

Prepare it as it is written in the pack. I used weikfield pistachos flavor custard.
Let it sit and Set it in a bowl for around 1-2 hour. You can make cubes after it has set with the help of a knife.

For Custard:

Take a heavy bottom pan and boil milk. take 3-4 tsp room temparature milk in a bowl and custard powder to it and make a smooth paste. when the make starts to boil add the custard paste to it continously stiring it to avoid lumps. Add sugar and cook for another 4-5 min. when the custard starts to thicken add cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Now cool it under the fan. After an hour you can refregerate it for another 1 hour.


In a serving glass or bowl add few cubes of jelly and then Pour some custard over it add then again add jelly cubes on top of it. In the center of the glass add mango cubes and garnish with chopped dry fruits. serve chilled.
