oil 3 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Onion 2 big
Tomato 2 big
Potato 3
Beans 50 gm
Peas 50 gm
Carrot 2 small
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Pao Bhaji Masala 1 tsp


Chop all vegitables and boil it upto 2 wstiles.
Meanwhile take 3 tsp oil and heat it in a pan add jeera let it splatter and than add finely chopped onions.

Add ginger garlic paste when onions turn transparent and then fry for 30 seconds and add tomatoes. Also add all dry spices and cover cook for 1 min.

All the vegitables are boiled now and you can now add the masala and mash all vegitables.

Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
aaaaand Done.

Serve with butter and Pao and salad.
