A quick moth watering appitizer. It is prepred by stuffing mushroom caps with your choice filling. I have used some vegitables and egg. If you do not eat egg then do not add it.

Ingrediants

Mushroom caps 4
Onion finely chopped 2sp
Carrot Finely chopped 2 sp
Capsicum Finely chopped 2 sp
Coriander leaves 1 sp
Mozrella cheese 2 sp full
Black salt (add less as our cheese is already salty)
Pepper powder a pinch
Chilly powder ½ tsp

Recipe:

Step 1 : With the help of a fork or hand blender you can blend the egg very well.


Step 2 : Add all indrediants listed above to the egg and mix well.
Step 3 : Take the stem out of the mushroom cap n fill the cap with the filling prepared.

     
Ste 4 : In a baking tray rub some butter and place all mushrooms in it n bake for 7-8 minutes.

Serve hot.
